How can I cancel or change my order?
Normlly, comfirmed order will be put into producing within 24 hours.
Contact us at support@7canvas.com or contact page immediately, if you want to cancel or change.
We will check your order status without any delay.
A. The order is under processing before producing.
We will refund 100% or change your order without any charge.
B. Already finished producing, but not shipping out yet.
We could refund the amount deducted product cost, or change your order freely(product cost on us).
Fullfilled Order with tracking no. is not supported to cancel.
As after the parcel hand over to shipping agent, we can not take it back. But you surely want to change size or design now, we could offer a discount coupon for a new order.
My Order arrived with damge/wrong design/defected quality. What can I do?
We are here to assist you in case of damage,wrong order or defected quality.
If it happens, please contact us at support@7canvas.com at first time, with photos of the item(s) and photos of the box it arrived in, and we will gladly ship you a replacement, without any additional cost.
Can I ask for a refund/return?
Of course yes if you get a damged, wrong design or defected quality canvas.
It is your right and we protect it at our best. Contact us at support@7canvas.com or contact page within 30 days after get your parcel. Your reasonable request 100% surely be approved.
How long can i get my refund?
You will be reached within 48 hours once get your refund request.
Probably some photos(if damged/wrong design/defected) will be required in the process
Refund will be made about 2-3 working days after your request get approved.
If your payment is by paypal, refund will reach you immediately after it is made.
If it is by credit card port on paypal, some days may be needed for bank’s processing.
