How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  1. After order is placed, it will take about 3 working day to produce,quality checing, and packing.
  2. Then, finished art will be hand over to carrier. And we will provide tracking no. Please note tracking no. is alway able to track about 2-3 working days later, as some days is needed for processing by carrier.
  3. Parcel get into deliver and you can track it online. here is estimated time on the way to deliver,

    Aisa:1-2weeks 4-10 business days
    Rest of the World 15-20 business days

Is this shiping a door to door delivery?

Collecting your order is possibility.

As different addresses, couriers and counties have their own policy,culture and tradition, we can not make sure all parcels delivery to your door.

Therefore, carriers may request customers to collect orders from their offices.

Why there has been no update on my tracking?

We are always here to assist you. 

1. After get tracking no., 2-3 days is required to process parcel by courier. Then, you can track your parcel online.

2. If parcel arrive your countries but no further udpated, it should be hold by Custom and

Custom Clearance assistance by receivers is required sometimes.

This happens sometimes and some countries’ policy require it. Most of time, only need to provide order information, receiver information or invoice (contact us if invoice is required)

The parcel will get into local delivery after Custom Clearance is finished.

How much is the shipping?

The shipping is FREE to most countries and all items.

But as international shipping, different carrier will be used and delivery time will be differ.

Is tax included in price?

Final price includes all charges except CUSTOM TAX in destinational countries.

It happens sometimes and different countries have different policy and rate. We only can provide our suggestion based on our experience.

Wrong shipping addresss was provided, what to do?

Detailed and correct shipping address is the key to successful delivey.

1.If the parcel have not been handed over to courier, it is ok to correct.

2. If you have got the tracking no. and it is trackable online, it get out our control and we only can follow courier’s policy for address changing.

3. After the parcel arrive local, some couriers approve ADDRESS CHANGE. but not available for all parcels.
